Skixam Ltd, 66 Hale Grove Gardens, London NW7 3LU, UK ("Skixam") is organising a prize draw on the Skixam app ("Prize Draw").The prizes are provided either directly by Skixam or by its cooperation partner ("Partner"). Name and location of the Partner as well as Partner-specific terms and conditions are further specified in Annex A to these Terms and Conditions.
By participating, you confirm that you have read and agree to Skixam's terms and conditions of participation, including the Partner-specific terms in Annex A ("Terms and Conditions") and to have read and understood Skixam's privacy policy. We ask you to read all the terms and conditions applicable to the prizes, in particular those of the Partner listed below.
1. Eligibility to participate
This Prize Draw is open to participants over 18 years of age, and who: fulfil the purchase requirements as set out in Annex A for the specific Partner; are registered with Skixam and have signed up for communications and the Prize Draw; and have completed the QuickTest. Note, with parental consent, participants aged 13-17 are also permitted to participate, without the requirement to have signed up for communications.
Skixam reserves the right to verify eligibility by means of the necessary documents and declarations of consent from legal representatives. Employees of Skixam and its Partner are excluded from the Prize Draw.
Participants may only enter the Prize Draw under their own legal identity and each participant is limited to one user account and to participate for up to 5 times per ski season and year.
Entries received after the closing date as set out in Annex A for the specific Partner will not be entered into the draw.
2. Exclusion from the Prize Draw
Any participant who uses unauthorised aids or otherwise obtains an advantage through manipulation, in particular through the use of automated entry software or any other mechanical, electronic or other means that enables the participant to automatically enter repeatedly and/or influence their score, will be excluded from participation. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently cancelled and reclaimed.
3. Prize Draw mechanism
To be eligible for the Prize Draw, participants must score above a predetermined threshold in the QuickTest. The frequency of the prize draw depends on the prizes as further set out in Annex A for the specific Partner.
Winners will be chosen by random draw of entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions performed by an independent computer algorithm.
4. Winner notification and receipt of the prize
In order to process the prize, Skixam requires personal contact details or details of the winners, which may be passed on to its Partner. In addition, Skixam's Partner may request that participants provide them with personal details in order to verify the prize claim. Participants must inform themselves about the Partner's
privacy policy. For the handling of personal data by the Partner, Skixam accepts no responsibility.
The winners will be notified by e-mail and/or directly in the app. If notified by e-mail, the winners will be asked to provide Skixam and/or its Partners with the necessary details. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, Skixam will send a reminder. The winner has 30 days after receiving the reminder e-mail to
contact Skixam. If the 30-day period expires unused or the winner cannot be contacted, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Skixam may cancel the prize. The winner bears the risk that the e-mail reaches Skixam on time and that the information provided is correct.
Physical prizes must be collected in person or subject to the Partners consent can be mailed at the expense of the winner, Digital prizes will be sent by e-mail once the prize has been confirmed.
Skixam does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged postal packages or the prizes sent.
5. The Prizes
The prizes and the frequency of the draws is set out in Annex A. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Skixam reserves the right to replace the prizes with similar prizes of the same value at any time. Skixam reserves the right to adjust score thresholds for each prize draw from time to time.
6. General provisions
6.1. Withdrawal of prizes
Skixam reserves the right to withdraw prizes from winners who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, are ineligible to participate or otherwise behave unfairly. In the event that a winner is excluded from participating for the aforementioned reasons, a replacement winner will be drawn at random from the remaining participants.
6.2. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skixam and its Partner exclude all liability and responsibility in connection with this Prize Draw and the organisation and redemption of the prizes. In the event of any warranty claims on the prizes, the respective manufacturers and/or distributors must be contacted and their general terms and conditions will apply. In this respect, Skixam accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage (in particular personal injury, damage to property, financial loss) suffered by the winner or user or other third parties in connection with the use of the prize.
Skixam does not guarantee that the software and/or hardware used for the Prize Draw will function without interruption or disruption. Skixam reminds the participants of the peculiarities and limitations of the Internet and declines all responsibility and liability for any consequences that the participants may suffer as a result
of connecting to the Internet. Skixam cannot be held liable if one or more participants are unable to access the app or participate in the Prize Draw due to technical or other problems, in particular due to network congestion.
6.3. Measures in the event of disruption beyond Skixam's control
If, for any reason beyond Skixam's reasonable control, the Prize Draw is not able to run as planned, including war, terrorism, pandemic, epidemic, emergency or disaster (including natural disasters), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other event which corrupts the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, Skixam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw and/or, if necessary, offer alternative prizes of equal value.
6.4. Final provisions
Skixam's decisions in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of a dispute relating to the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions, an amicable settlement will be sought. If this is not possible, this Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Swiss law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
Skixam shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to the webpage and/or on the app.

(i) Score at least 75 out of 100 = access to Skixam's weather and snow forecast (unlimited; with immediate draw). Only available from the launch of the Skixam app; not available through beta version of website.
(ii) Score at least 85 out of 100 = 50x ski gear goodies and 20x SunGod masks (weekly draw)
(iii) Score 100 out of 100 = 5x sledging days, 1x pair of Faction skis and 2x adult Partner ski lift passes for a weekend of the winner’s choice in Winter 24/25 (draw at the end of the season)
